Hi, I’m Leigh. I’m a stylist and my interest and passion for styling is focused on how we feel in what we wear. Dressing is a form of self expression and I work to empower people to align their sense of self with their style and gain autonomy to dress with ease, clarity and confidence.

I deeply believe that buying more is not the answer to great personal style.

When we take the time to review and reflect on who we are, what we need and how we want to express that through what we wear, we hone a unique wardrobe that is authentic to our true taste.

Having said that..

I do believe in enjoying beautiful clothing as a form of self expression. And that of course includes updating your wardrobe with new pieces when you feel called to.

We all go through many versions of self, our lives and circumstances change and what we want to wear changes with it.

So, I wanted to create a regular edit of considered, quality and timeless pieces to consider investing in. This list will be with many in mind, and will cover a range of brands and price points.

I thought a good place to start is with what I currently have on my wish list. I haven’t shopped / bought anything in a few months so it’s given me time to really sit with what I want to buy when I can. It’s interesting how some things just fall off my radar and others just stick cement-like in my brain, like this.

01/ Slippers

It’s coming into autumn here in Australia so it’s finally time to put the toes away.

I like footwear to be classic, simple, versatile and often slim. This Lemaire pair would be a beautiful investment for everyday wear.

02 / Skirt

I recently watched The Drama at the cinema (anyone else??!!) and I loved an outfit Zendaya’s character wore. A mid length skirt (from 6397 but sold out online), long coat and loafers. I’ve been looking for one since, and I think this might be it.
